An air conditioner makes a surprising amount of condensate, and a blocked drain, cracked pan or failed pump is a common — and messy — cause of leaks and shutdowns. Below are genuine Daikin drainage parts, matched to your model.

    As your Daikin cools, it pulls moisture out of the air, and that condensate has to drain away. The drain pan catches it, the hose carries it away, and on units that can’t drain by gravity, a drain pump lifts it out. When the drain blocks — usually with algae or biofilm in our humid climate — water backs up, drips from the indoor unit, and on many systems a float switch shuts the unit down to prevent damage. Common parts to replace are a cracked drain pan, a perished hose, or a failed pump.
