ARC Licence Discount Policy

National AC Parts offers a discount to certified technicians and authorised businesses who hold a valid Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) licence, in recognition of their commitment to industry standards.

1. What the discount applies to

The current applicable ARC discount applies to genuine spare parts and air conditioning units. It does not apply to G4 V-Pleat Disposable Filters (AirClean), to shipping or handling charges, or to any order-processing fee. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

2. Eligibility and how to claim

The discount is available only to individuals and businesses holding a current, valid ARC licence, and is non-transferable. To claim, enter the current ARC promo code (shown at checkout) and your ARC licence number. We verify the licence before the order is processed; verification may take up to 2 business days, and orders are not finalised until the licence is confirmed valid.

3. Invalid or fraudulent use

If the licence provided is invalid or has been used fraudulently, the order will be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable bank charges.

4. Changes
