Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATE: 09 JUNE 2026

National AC Parts is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose it. We are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It applies across the National AC Parts network — nationalacparts.com.au, our brand sites (including Actron, Daikin, Fujitsu and Braemar), any future National AC Parts daughter sites, the National AC Rebates site, and the National AC Parts app.

1. What we collect

When you interact with us we may collect: contact information (name, business name, email, mobile number); licence details where relevant; and delivery addresses. We may also collect information when you enter a promotion, contact support, respond to a survey, or through dealings with our partners, suppliers and service providers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the products and services you request, to operate and improve our business, and where required by law. If you do not provide information we need, we may be unable to supply our services.

3. How we share it

We may share your information with partners, suppliers and service providers who help us operate — for transactions, fraud prevention, identity verification, payment collection, customer service and technology services — and as required by law.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia. This may include the United States, countries in Europe (the EU/EEA), Israel, South Korea, Taiwan and Canada. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Marketing

We send marketing communications only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message. Even after you opt out, we may still contact you for transactional or service reasons such as order queries, returns, outstanding payments, surveys or recalls.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site, improve our services and enhance your experience. Most browsers let you control or block cookies; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

7. Security, access and correction

We take reasonable physical, technical and administrative steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. You may ask to access or correct the information we hold about you; we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we decline, we will explain why.

8. Complaints and contact

If you have a privacy concern, contact us at info@nationalacparts.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
