Dispatch and Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch

National AC Parts stocks commonly replaced genuine Daikin spare parts at our Gold Coast warehouse. Stocked items ordered and paid in full before 1:00 PM AEST on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are aimed to be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are aimed to be dispatched the next business day.

Stock levels are sourced from the manufacturer’s database and may fluctuate. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, an ordered item may occasionally be unavailable or on back order. In that case we will contact you to discuss your options — substitution, waiting for stock, or cancelling the affected item for a full refund of the amount paid for it. If we are unable to supply your order and you cancel as a result, any shipping fee you have paid will be refunded together with the amount paid for the affected items.

2. Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Our preferred carriers are Australia Post and Team Global Express; we may also use other third-party carriers. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location; deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy under the statutory consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded.

Delivery requires a secure street address; we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery to that address. If you provide instructions to leave the package unattended (Authority to Leave), delivery is complete, and risk passes, when the courier leaves the package at your address. This does not exclude your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience any problem with your delivery — non-arrival, damage in transit, delivery to an incorrect address, or an item left in an unsafe location — please contact us promptly on 1300 904 554 or daikin@nationalacparts.com.au and we will help resolve it.

3. Collection

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Gold Coast warehouse (Unit 2 / 237 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters QLD 4216) during business hours, until 4:00 PM AEST. We’ll let you know when your order is ready. If you need to collect after 4:00 PM, just call us on 1300 904 554 to arrange it.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order. Each order placed incurs a separate shipping fee: 0–5 kg — $33.00; 5–10 kg — $71.50; 10 kg+ — $121.00. All shipping fees shown are inclusive of GST.

Shipping fees may change without notice. To combine or add items to an order before dispatch, contact us on 1300 904 554 or daikin@nationalacparts.com.au and we will try to accommodate your request; additional shipping fees may apply.
